Second Step:
Instructions
- Place the cooking oil in the pan and apply heat.
- When the oil is hot enough, put the fish in the pan.
- When the immersed side of the fish is brown and crispy, flip the fish to opposite side.
- Then get a pan and saute all the ingredients, specially the garlic, & onion.
- After that lets wait to make it slightly brown.
- So the next is put all the liquid and hard Ingredients including the fried fish.
- After at all. Serve it hot and enjoy.
